The stuff where simply qualified and they had comfy beds. Good food for the buffet breakfast. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Service was exceptional there.

It's a low cost hotel with hot breakfast, the location is prime near the grocery stores. Comfortable room, upgraded bathroom. Downtown Ottawa is a district that deserves exploring.
